This compelling documentary originally aired on the PBS American
Experience show and contains a lot of intriguing footage I hadn't
seen before, different angles on the Oswald shooting for instance and
Oswald's mother grandstanding for the press.
I like documentaries that don't tell you what to think but
leave you guessing. Filmmaker Robert Stone feels Oswald acted alone but
presents all the evidence in a straightforward manner allowing viewers
to decide for themselves.
This one left me wanting more so thankfully there are some extended
interviews that offer more insights little in the way of conclusions.
I suppose this event will always haunt us because of the many botched
investigations and puzzling details.
Oswald's Ghost is a haunting film that stays with you, deeply disturbing
but historically accurate and far reaching, one that will please Kennedy
assassination buffs and the casual viewer alike. Highly recommended.
